Dr.Michail Papoutsidakis holds a PhD (2008) from Bristol Robotics Lab (BRL) in the area of intelligent methods for controlling nonlinear and time depended systems. His Interests expand in modeling and simulation of uncertain systems, microcontrollers and applications in embedded systems, mobile robots and sensors for small autonomous vehicles. After teaching Mechatronics as a Lecturer at the University of the West of England, Faculty of Engineering, he now is a full time Asst.Professor at the Dept. of Automation Engineering at Piraeus University of Applied Sciences (since 2010), teaching Mechatronics, Robotics and Hydraulics-Pneumatics Systems.
He worked 1998-2002 National Technical University of Athens, School of Electrical and Computer Engineering Ph.D. on Electrical and Computer Engineering also from 1992-1997 National Technical University of Athens, School of Electrical and Computer Engineering Diploma on Electrical and Computer Engineering
The foundations of data mining have always enthralled me, primarily because of its curious and vast applications in various real life problems.
